At Roomspace, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders! We believe that your convenience and satisfaction should come first.
📦 Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your destination.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. (we want everything to be perfect!)
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times
After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Below are the estimated delivery windows based on your region:
🇺🇸 United States: 5-8 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 8-10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 5-10 business days
🌍 Other International Locations: 7-15 business days

📍 Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled.
Need to update your shipping info? Email support@roomspace.co within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after that window.
⏳ Delayed Delivery
We understand that on-time delivery matters! While we strive to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Some examples are:
- Courier delays or tracking update lags
- Severe weather or transit disruptions
- Customs inspections for international orders
- Product availability or address verification issues
If a delay occurs, we’ll communicate any known updates and work with the courier to help get your package moving.
Roomspace is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will always do our best to support you.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen:
1. Contact the courier to file a claim.
2. Reach out to us at support@roomspace.co - we’ll help coordinate and follow up where we can.
Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy. However, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation and investigation outcome.
In unresolved cases, we may recommend filing a police report for additional support.
