Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

To start a return, please contact us via the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@roomspace.co. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and Email used at checkout to help us process your return promptly.

Please note: Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but in rare cases, damage can occur during transit. A product is considered damaged if it is physically broken or defective. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dents or scuffs) where the product is still functional is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@roomspace.co with a clear photo of the item and the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage resulting from regular wear and tear, misuse, or customer handling.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

If you experience issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for real-time assistance. Roomspace is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund or resend.
